Athena Campbell

We are thrilled to introduce to you the lovely Athena!  Athena and her sister Emily just recently started a new adventure in life and are both now the proud new owners of NWE Weddings and Events! They are both so very excited and eager to learn under Natasha and the existing amazing team members here at NWE. Don’t worry – no staff hands are changing, we have just decided to expand and let the new girls take over all the duties and behind the scenes of the business, so that the existing team members can focus more on being present to help coordinate & decorate the multiple weddings and events this company deals with on a regular basis. Athena has an unending amount of passion for decorating, and most importantly has an eye for helping others create their dream wedding. Athena and Emily cannot wait to be a part of your special day and we welcome them with open arms and hearts!

Jessica Wallace

Jessica joined the NWE team in August 2021. Our team had no idea how lucky we would be at the time to have found another outstanding team member. Jessica is dedicated, strong willed and will work non-stop until the job is done. Jessica also passed her wedding planning course with high honours and is now an NWE certified wedding planner. Jessica’s day-to-day tasks involve meeting with clients for consultations and preparing quotes. She is also in charge of file management and creates all floor plans and timelines for our clients. Jessica oversees the thousands of rental items we own and completes yearly inventory as well. She absolutely loves to decorate weddings and she is phenomenal at what she does. Her attention to detail is second to none! She is also one of our Day of Coordinators and is the lead for NWE’s set-up and tear down services for all venues in our area. Jessica will not allow one single thing to be forgotten! Yay Jessica!

Natasha Tobias-Cooper

Hello everyone! I would love to introduce myself and give some insight on where we all got started. My name is Natasha and I am the founder of NWE Weddings & Events. My love and passion for weddings started back over 20 years ago when I used to be a highly sought after wedding DJ. During this time in my life, I was in awe of the wedding industry and all that was necessary to make the perfect day come true. After years of DJing multiple weddings and events, and also seeing wedding days from start to finish, I decided to take a wedding planning course. This is when my true passion for a career change came to life! We are now presently involved in over 500 weddings and events each and every year and this would not be able to happen without our fantastic team members below. I am truly blessed for having them in my life, along with all our amazing clients – past, present, and future.

Paul Tobias- Cooper

Say hello to Paul, also known as Natasha’s amazing husband. Paul joined our team back in August 2016. Oh, happy day! Being a workaholic, Natasha had no time to spend with the love of her life, so they made a mutual decision for Paul to leave his other career and to come and join the NWE team to grow this wonderful wedding and event business even more. Paul takes care of each and every one of the girls here at NWE and oversees all operations. He is the manpower the ladies wanted. From lugging bins and rolling out stacks of chairs for deliveries, to setting up arbours, backdrops, and even ceiling drapes, he is just what this company needed! You will even find Paul doing day of coordination duties, as well as meeting with clients when we are in heavy, high demand wedding season.

Emily Campbell

Everyone, say hello to our other new owner Emily! Some of you may already know that she is also the owner of Glow Media and specialized in professional wedding photography & videography for over 8 years. Emily created the trend of all-inclusive micro weddings in New Brunswick and decided to join NWE with her sister Athena in May of 2024. Emily believes their unique talents make us a versatile team to help make your dreams a memory. Emily also will oversee a lot of creative aspects for NWE including social media posts, photography & video of our lovely setups we design. She also helps coordinate collaborations with other small businesses in our amazing little community. We are beyond thrilled to have Emily’s experience, knowledge and passion for weddings to now be a part of our amazing team here at NWE Weddings and Events!
