Customer pick up/diy

This option provides you with the ability to rent our decor items only. You would pick up the decor items, set everything up, tear everything down and return all items back to the NWE warehouse. We guarantee the decor to be ready for pick up the business day before the wedding/event and the return would be the following business day. 

If this is the best option for you, please click on the button below that will take you to our Rental Inventory and create a Wish List for the decor items you are interested in renting. NWE will respond to you within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) to confirm the availability of your requested items and send you a quote.

NWE Set & Up Tear Down​

This option is best for those looking for a hands-off decor experience. NWE will deliver, set up and tear down all décor that the client has rented through NWE. We can also set up your personal decor items for you (additional labour fees may apply depending on the amount of items you need us to set up for you). 


If you are interested in having our team take care of the decor set up & tear down for you, an in-person or phone Design & Décor consultation ($150+hst) is required. During this meeting, we will gather all information to properly quote you on everything that you will need. We will determine the labour involved as each wedding set up varies and is customized to our clients’ budgets and guest count. After we have finished your consultation, we will have all the information gathered to get a décor quote sent off to you.
